Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Our processing time is 2 business days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. This processing time also includes Next Day Air orders. The shipping speed chosen applies after your order has been processed. Shipping speed is defined as the time it takes USPS or UPS to deliver your order to you. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number to the email address provided with the purchase.

​During major sales or holidays, processing times may take up to 4 business days.

​We do not process or ship any orders on weekends or holidays.

 We offer 4 shipping options:

UPS Ground (1-5 business days)

Next Day Air

UPS Ground + Signature Required

We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.  Please choose your shipping option carefully. Please be sure to purchase Route Protection Insurance with your order so that you are protected from these unwanted circumstances. 

For any packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed, this must be handled with USPS / UPS or submit a claim via Route if Route Protection Insurance was purchased with your order.

Refund policy

Once an order is submitted, it may NOT be cancelled or refunded for any reason. 

Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product and therefore all sales are FINAL.

However, if the hair extensions purchased arrive defective in any way, within reason, we are more than happy to provide a refund within SEVEN (7) DAYS of the date the order was delivered. In order to be considered for a refund, you must contact us first to initiate the return. Items must be mailed back within SEVEN DAYS after receiving.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you MUST contact us by submitting a message in the inquiry message box for emails.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact support by using the email inquiry box.
